By clicking “ACCEPT” or in any other way downloading, accessing or using the platform, you signify your assent to these Terms. If you do not accept or agree to all these Terms, do not click “ACCEPT” and do not download, access or use the platform.

SAFEAPPROACH offers a saas based platform, which allows our customers to manage their virtual line ups and to receive incoming requests to join a virtual line from visitors and to send communications, notifications, offers and information to visitors through SMS on a mobile device (the “platform”). Our Customers may access the full functionality of the platform via our web based portal and may manage their virtual line up via web or native app available for download in the google play and apple app stores.

License.
Subject to a service agreement being in place, the terms and conditions herein govern your access and use of the service.  SAFEAPPROACH grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform, including any documentation files accompanying the platform (“Documentation”) and any upgrades, modified versions or updates of the platform which may be provided to you. The use of the platform and its Services is paid for by the customer and provided free of charge to the visitors. Download and access to the native apps available in the google play ans apple app stores is currently provided at no charge to our customers, SAFEAPPROACH reserves the right to charge for the download and access of the Application in the future by providing you with reasonable advance notice.

APPLICATION.
“application” refers to the native app versions of the safeapproach – virtual line manager that is available in the google play and apple app stores. The Application allows you to manage your virtual line ups and to receive/send communications, notifications, offers and information to your users through SMS on a visitor’s mobile device (all of the foregoing, “Content”), visitor’s mobile device (a “Device”). The privacy policies that govern the respective app stores apply in conjunction with SAFEAPPROACH’s PRIVACY policy outlined hereinafter.
